Campbell Spellicy partnered with a local architect to design a new two-story, 20,000 sq. ft., state-of-the-art facility. Our comprehensive scope of work included the installation of a new air-cooled chiller, natural gas boilers, and chilled water air handling units, all complemented by variable air volume systems to ensure optimal efficiency and comfort.

We integrated modern telephone and data networks alongside a comprehensive fire alarm system to provide seamless connectivity and safety. Our team designed and implemented robust power systems and energy-efficient lighting to enhance functionality while reducing operational costs. Additionally, we established efficient plumbing infrastructure, including soil, waste, vent, storm water, and domestic water systems, extending up to five feet outside the building for reliable and sustainable water management. To ensure complete fire protection, we installed a fully compliant building fire sprinkler system.
