The CSEI Team delivered comprehensive mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) design and construction administration services for a new 8,000 sq. ft. administration building. The project featured the installation of new split system AC units with advanced dehumidification controls throughout. We also designed new exhaust systems for restrooms and other necessary areas. Our team implemented complete power and lighting solutions, including site lighting, as well as fire alarm and telecommunications systems for the entire facility. Additionally, an optional standby generator was included to ensure full building redundancy. The plumbing scope covered domestic cold and hot water systems, along with sanitary and vent systems for the new restrooms, showers, break room, and equipment/vehicle wash areas.
