Collaborating with the owner, architect, and civil engineers, we developed a new 3,000 sq. ft. open-air premier facility for vendors and visitors. To combat the Florida heat, we installed high-volume, low-speed (HVLS) fans for increased comfort. Our modern LED lighting system enables evening use while maintaining the rural charm by reducing light pollution. This new market offers local farmers a lively venue to sell their goods and provides residents with easy access to fresh produce and local products, enriching the High Springs community and enhancing the quality of life for its citizens.
