CSEI provided the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design and construction administration for the complete renovation of this 6,000 sf office building. All heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems were replaced with new split system heat pumps with enhanced dehumidification controls and demand-controlled ventilation. The existing electrical service infrastructure was consolidated from two meters to a single service meter and all lighting, power, data, and security systems were replaced. The restrooms were remodeled with ADA compliant fixtures and layouts, with sanitary and sinks replaced with low flow, water efficient operation.
