Two new high-efficiency HVAC systems were installed to supply air throughout the office, with enhanced dehumidification controls. These systems included ducted supply and return, along with zoning controls for proper air distribution. Ceiling exhaust fans were installed in restrooms as required by code. New piping systems for water, sanitary, and vents were designed to connect to the existing site piping. A new electrical power service was introduced for the new devices and lighting, incorporating LED systems in line with FBC guidelines. Pathways and enclosures were set up for low voltage systems like security, data, and telephone, with materials provided by a third-party vendor.
