CSEI provided design and construction administration for a full HVAC Replacement in this existing 6,765 sf fire station. New split system Direct Expansion (DX) air conditioning units with gas furnaces were . The restroom exhaust systems were replaced to rebalance all areas to Code-minimum exhaust levels.  A new packaged 100% DX outside air unit with a dedicated duct system was installed to provide building ventilation and building dehumidification. The existing electrical power systems were modified to supply all new HVAC loads. New LED lighting was provided throughout the area of renovation where ceilings were required to be removed/replaced to provide cost synergy with the HVAC scope.
