2023 Strategy Planning

2023 is already off to an incredible start, and that's due largely in part to our incredible CSEI family! We took some time away, and invited our team members and their significant others for a 3 day retreat out of town. We went to Tampa's Downtown Channel District to hold our annual strategy meeting, and had a lot of fun while we were there too, of course!

The days were filled with reflection, learning, team-building, working lunches and planning; we looked back on last year then jumped into envisioning the future, which has never seemed brighter. The afternoons and evenings were saved for fun! We had dinner at TopGolf, and also Watervüe Grille, then enjoyed a delicious brunch at Oak & Ola in Armature Works before heading back.
