Campbell Spellicy Engineering Announces 2025 Theme
Campbell Spellicy Engineering is excited to announce that the company’s 2025 Theme is “Connections.”
Jose Alzate, CSEI’s VP of Production, said, “Connections for the Production Team is fulfilled through the projects we take on - by making spaces better, solving engineering challenges, and contributing to the evolving communities we serve. It’s found in the way we design and collaborate with architects and contractors, ensuring that each project is both functional and meaningful. Connections spark opportunities and opportunities fuel partnerships.”
Lesley Holler, CSEI’s VP of Operations, shares, “CSEI’s focus for 2025 is to Strengthen the Relationship through Connections. Throughout this year, the team will be sharing how they interacted with Partners, Communities, and each other on our visual board, from volunteering, to coffee chats, resolutions in design, to a simple conversation with a partner, we strive to create impactful relationships that elevate each other. We are eager to watch our board evolve throughout the year!”
The above board was created to be the centerpiece of the break room in the Gainesville office. Throughout the year, team members will use their designated sticky notes to share how they have forged connections.
Each monthly meeting will allow team members to share the impact they have made and seen in our community!
