CSEI provided comprehensive mechanical and electrical services for the building, ensuring optimal functionality and compliance with codes. Our integrated approach ensured seamless coordination and effective implementation of all mechanical and electrical systems, meeting both operational requirements and regulatory standards.

Mechanically, we installed general exhaust fans with intake louvers in the shop and restroom areas as required. A high-volume, low-speed circulating fan was added for comfort in the shop. The break room received a new mini-split AC system and new piping systems for sanitary and domestic cold water.

Electrical upgrades included a new 480V service, transformer installation, and distribution panels to support general and equipment power needs. We also designed a compressed air piping plan for current and future use. Using photometrics, we designed efficient LED lighting layouts for safety and visibility throughout the building.
