CSEI designed two new split DX HVAC systems and a 100% outside air split system for complete heating, cooling, and ventilation of the building. Essential exhaust systems with filtering were installed for animal areas and restrooms. Testing and balancing ensured proper functioning of the new systems. Existing sanitary, vent, and water piping systems were extended to serve new restrooms and fixtures. New LED lighting systems were installed throughout to reduce loads and optimize the existing 120/240V-1ph power service. Two new panels provided power for new receptacles and equipment, including a remodeled surgery suite. New pathways were established for data/communication and security/TV/audio systems, with devices and wiring supplied by the Owner's vendor.
