CSEI worked closely with the architect and contractor to ensure this project's success, including on-site meetings during construction to address unexpected issues such as rerouting ductwork and managing tight spaces.

A new 100% Outside Air unit was installed for ventilation, humidity control, and building pressurization in communal areas. Each zone now has its own thermostat, after adding a heat recovery system allowing simultaneous heating and cooling. A central controller with IP access for maintenance and alarms was also added. Mini split systems were installed in each guest suite for personalized cooling.

New plumbing fixtures were installed throughout, extending the existing domestic water, sanitary, and vent piping systems. The fire protection systems were updated per NFPA 13 guidelines, extending wet and dry systems and updating hydraulic calculations. New general power distribution, including panels and receptacles, was established and connected to the existing main distribution panel where feasible.

Energy-efficient LED lighting and controls were installed, coordinated with the architectural design. The fire alarm system was extended with new devices for NFPA 72 compliance.
