This MEPF engineering project brought comprehensive upgrades to the building's systems. Starting with HVAC, two existing DX split AHUs and four condensing units were replaced to optimize indoor air quality and system efficiency. To address areas lacking climate control, a new HVAC system was installed to regulate temperatures. Electrically, power systems underwent modifications to enhance distribution and efficiency. A move towards energy conservation was completed by transitioning all lighting to LEDs and updating the power service system for increased reliability. The plumbing revamped with the reconfiguration of sanitary waste, vent, CW, and HW piping systems, aiming for improved sanitation and efficiency. Fire protection was prioritized, with new performance specifications introduced, ensuring optimal safety in emergencies.
