The CSEI Team delivered electrical engineering design and construction administrative services for a new electric boat lift at the University of Florida’s Lake Wauburg Recreation Area. After a major storm damaged the previous dock, CSEI collaborated with our architectural partner and UF Recreational Sports to create a new dock structure. This dock offers more activity space for students and faculty and enhances operations and safety with a power lift and advanced water current/grounding sensing systems. These systems and alarms ensure that ground currents in the nearby water do not pose a danger to swimmers or UF staff.
