2023 EOY Strategic Retreat
Campbell Spellicy Engineering held its 2023 Strategic Retreat in Saint Petersburg, Florida, from December 14th to 15th.
During the day, the CSEI team planned and brainstormed for what lies ahead in 2024, including strategically planning CSEI’s growth in Gainesville and Tampa. During the evening, the team came together for dinner at Urban Stillhouse and brunch at Cassis while exploring the beautiful town!
At the EOY retreat, the CSEI leadership team announced the word of the year: talent. Kevin Spellicy, CSEI’s Principal, discussed the importance of focusing on talent, stating, “Looking into 2024, our team is focused on the theme of Talent, which will center on attracting and hiring even more amazing individuals to increase our firm's capacity for projects and also on continuing the development and training of our current team members.”
Spellicy also shared his thoughts on the importance of the retreat and what he is excited about in 2024, “As we wrapped up 2023 with our end-of-year strategic planning retreat, we celebrated another year of incredible growth, both as a company and as individuals. In addition, we used this two-day offsite to get aligned and focused on our most critical needs and opportunities for the coming year. More than any previous year, we are excited about the new challenges and opportunities coming our way and cannot wait for what comes next.”
