The CSEI Team journeyed to St. Pete for a productive two-day session, dedicated to strategizing for 2024 and engaging in team-building activities.

December brought a lot of growth for Team CSEI!
Christina VanBenthuysen, our Director of Finance, was awarded the December "You Rock Our Values" Award for Advocacy and Positivity!
Christina VanBenthuysen earned a well-deserved promotion to Director of Finance, Charles Datko stepped into the role of Project Manager, and Jorge Perdomo advanced to Lead Electrical Designer!
Jose Alzate, Oscar Mezones, and Jorge Perdomo attended the Current Conference in Greenville, South Carolina to learn more about lighting design!
Kevin Spellicy and Aristotle Koukoulidis attended the Education Foundation Luncheon on December 13th!

Alachua County - Annual Engineering Services for Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Life Safety Contract
City of Tampa - Professional Architectural / Engineering (AE) Services Contract through April 2025
Levy County - Continuing Professional Services Contract through 2026

In 2023, Team CSEI embodied the spirit of service through our quarterly volunteer events with ReBuilding Together and GRACE Marketplace.
We also proudly sponsored various community events, extending our support to Gainesville and beyond!
CSEI Culture
Team CSEI celebrated outstanding contributions through our "You Rock Our Values" award, with monthly winners chosen by the previous recipient, highlighting those who embody CSEI's values!
In 2023, team members actively pursued professional development opportunities both in and out of the state.
Winding down was a blast with our Fun Friday events, uniting everyone through video games, card games, sports, holiday parties, and a spirited gingerbread house-building contest!
