tEAM ACHIEVEMENTS
Team CSEI is making strides this April with building connections across the team!
Congratulations to Gaby Justiniano, our “You Rock Our Values” winner, recognized for the values of Growth and Service.
At our DAVE Monthly Meetings, we kick things off with a team breakfast before diving into discussion. The previous ROCK winner selects a segue question to start the conversation. Next, the leadership team shares company updates and announces the new ROCK winner for the month. We wrap up with a team game, also chosen by the previous ROCK winner, to bring everyone together and spark some friendly competition. Our DAVE Meetings follow the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), ensuring clarity, growth, and collaboration across the team.
Cheers to more success and ongoing growth!
Community commitment
Staying true to our commitment to our community and building connections, Team CSEI continues to make an impact this month:
We wrapped up Quarter 1 with a fun and adventurous team event at Canyons Zip Line & Adventure Park in Ocala, Florida, where everyone enjoyed horseback riding, a team lunch, and zip lining.
Additionally, each team member picked a book from the CSEI Library to read during the quarter, culminating in a rich discussion about key takeaways and insights.
We’re excited to keep building momentum and strengthening our connections as we continue to drive progress!
Project Spotlight:
Meridian Healthcare
This month, we’re spotlighting our work on Meridian Healthcare’s Office!
Meridian Behavioral Healthcare partnered with CSEI to expand and renovate its Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU) in Gainesville. The project includes a 2,000-square-foot addition and 1,150 square feet of reconfigured space, incorporating new offices, holding areas, and a law enforcement entry—all designed with safety, efficiency, and long-term durability in mind. Key upgrades include rooftop air handling units, ligature-resistant fixtures, a new law enforcement sally port, and modernized electrical and lighting systems. These enhancements will create a safer, more functional space for clients, staff, and law enforcement personnel alike.
Let us help you with your next project!
That’s all this time! Please let us know if we can ever be of service to you!
