Logan McGan joins us for his first internship with CSEI as an Electrical Intern and is a senior Electrical Engineering major at UF.
Sam Lenhardt returns for her second internship with CSEI as a Mechanical intern and is a senior Mechanical Engineering major at UF.

Team CSEI kicked off 2025 with outstanding achievements and industry involvement:
Hunter Kastensmidt, Lead Mechanical Designer, earned the "You Rock" award in January for exemplifying our value of Advocacy!
Kevin Spellicy, Principal, connected with industry leaders at the FEFPA Winter Conference in Palm Coast, staying up to date on the latest trends in educational design. We were also proud to support the conference as a Bronze Sponsor!

Embracing our 2025 Theme of 'Connections,' Team CSEI kicked off the year by engaging with our local community:
Hunter Kastensmidt helped host the ASHRAE North Central Florida Section's first meeting as Secretary. ASHRAE President Dennis Knight spoke at UF about his goals for the year.

Project Spotlight:
Marion County Fire Rescue Station #1
This month, we're highlighting our work on Marion County Fire Rescue Station #1!
We provided design and construction administration for this 6,765 sq. ft. facility, upgrading HVAC systems with new DX units, gas furnaces, and restroom exhaust to meet code. Enhancements also included a new outside air unit for ventilation, electrical updates, and energy-efficient LED lighting.
Another project built for reliability and efficiency!
