pROJECT SPOTLIGHT: Dick Mondell’s
Team CSEI is spotlighting the opening of the Dick Mondell’s Jacksonville Beach location!
Our challenge was to construct a new location for the franchise, but in a unique style that adapts the brand standard to the surrounding community of Jacksonville Beach. CSEI worked closely with the Architect and local jurisdiction to provide a facility that not only meets the brand requirements but also meets the very stringent local ordinances for utilities and aesthetics.
